Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Precision Vallejo Concrete website and any estimate, quote or work we give you. By using the site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to them, so please read them first and call us if anything is unclear.

Our home page gives an overview of the work we do, and our about page explains who we are and how we run our jobs. Neither replaces the written estimate or agreement for your project.

The services we provide

Precision Vallejo Concrete is a concrete contractor in Vallejo, CA. We build and repair driveways, patios, walkways, steps, slabs, footings, retaining walls and other concrete work for homes and businesses in Vallejo and the cities around it. We're licensed and insured.

The photos, descriptions and examples on this site are general information, not a promise about your job. The scope, materials and finish for your project are set in the written estimate or agreement we give you, and that document controls if it differs from anything on the site.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates with no pressure and no obligation, because we need to see the old slab, the ground and where the water runs before we can price a job fairly.

An estimate is our price for the work it describes, based on what we can see that day. Some things only show once the old concrete is out, such as soft or wet ground, tree roots, old footings or buried pipes, and if any of them change the work, we'll explain what we found and get your approval before we charge for it.

An estimate stays good for the period written on it. After that, material and labor costs can change, so we may need to update the price before we schedule. Permit fees, HOA approvals and work outside the written scope aren't included unless the estimate lists them.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We put your job on the calendar once you've accepted the estimate in writing. A start date is our best plan, not a guarantee, because concrete work depends on weather, ground conditions and deliveries, and we won't pour in rain or conditions that would leave you with a weak slab.

If we need to move your date, we'll tell you as soon as we know and set a new one. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (707) 310-8309 as early as you can. Any deposit refund or cancellation charge follows your written agreement, and costs already spent on ordered materials or a booked pour may not be refundable.

New concrete needs time to cure, which is the wait while it hardens and gains strength, before anyone walks or drives on it. We'll tell you when your slab is ready, and you agree to keep people, pets and vehicles off it until then.

Payment

The amount, any deposit and the due dates are written in your estimate or agreement. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause remaining work until it's settled. Unpaid balances may also be subject to the lien rights California law gives contractors who improve a property.

Your part of the job

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to move vehicles, furniture and belongings out of the way before we arrive. You also agree to tell us about anything buried that public utility marking won't cover, such as sprinkler lines, low-voltage lighting or private water and gas lines, because we can't be responsible for damage to lines nobody told us about.

If your HOA or property manager has to approve the work, getting that approval is your responsibility unless your agreement says otherwise.

Warranties and what concrete can't promise

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your agreement, and it covers only what that agreement says. Apart from that written warranty, and as far as the law allows, our work and this website come without other warranties, express or implied.

Concrete can crack, even when it's built right. We cut control joints, which are grooves that give the slab a planned place to crack, and we prepare the base to limit settling, but hairline cracks, small color differences and minor surface variations are normal and aren't defects. Damage from ground movement, tree roots, drainage changes made after our work, loads the slab wasn't built for, or use before it finished curing isn't covered.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Precision Vallejo Concrete isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your property, lost income or the cost of other contractors. Our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

The information on this website is general and may change without notice, so please confirm anything that matters to your project with us directly. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that California law doesn't allow to be limited.

Resolving a problem

If something isn't right, call us first. Most concerns are settled by coming back out and looking at the slab together.

If we can't work it out that way, either of us can send written notice describing the problem, and we'll both try in good faith to resolve it within a reasonable time. If that fails, either side may bring the dispute in small claims court or in the state courts serving Solano County, California.

Governing law

These terms, your use of this website and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on this page. Changes don't affect a written agreement you've already signed with us. These terms were last updated in November 2026.

If you have questions about these terms, call us at (707) 310-8309 or reach us through our contact page. We respond within 1 business day.
